What we collect

We collect your email address, hair profile answers, session information, and payment status. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies for marketing surveillance.

How we store it

Profile and membership data is stored in Supabase infrastructure, with hosting regions that may include Australia and Singapore. Payment records are stored by Stripe.

Deletion

Email support with the address connected to your account and we will manually delete your profile and membership records where we are legally allowed to do so.

Privacy rights

We aim to respect the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR-style rights to access, correction, and deletion where they apply.
